Shipping Information

In-stock items (usually just about everything), generally ship in 48 business hours. Sunup/Sundown® very rarely runs out of items leading to backorders. When we occasionally do, you receive an e-mail as your order is being processed giving you our best guess when we will be able to ship.

Normal shipping is by First Class Mail within the United States and Air Letter Post outside the United States. The US Postal Services' delivery standard within the United States is three days or less. Items being shipped outside the United States are subject to each countries Custom Service and delays in addition to transit time may happen.

The cost to you for the regular shipping described above is $3.00 per item, either within or outside the United States. The maximum charge per shipment is $18.00.

Sunup/Sundown® also offers Express Shipments. We charge $16.50 within the United States and to Canada and $40.00 everywhere else. These charges are in addition to the $3.00 per item charge. Shipments outside the United States or Canada are via Federal Express and may be tracked with the tracking number we give you at:
